Responsibilities

  • Take part in multiple strategy engagements (typically 2 to 6 weeks each) for senior customers, contributing to insights and recommendations
  • Conduct economic impact analysis: assess how improvements to customer journey and business capabilities grow revenues, reduce costs, and generate business value; size opportunities; help write business cases
  • Perform experience design: run ethnographic interviews and journey diagnostics; build web and mobile app experiences
  • Handle analytics and benchmarking: use Adobe’s analytics dataset to compare digital business performance within industry and reveal insights for optimization
  • Execute experience architecture: assess technology landscape and data strategy; recommend solutions, integrations, and use cases
  • Collaborate to define Adobe’s industry perspective, author thought leadership assets, and inform product strategy
  • Collaborate on industry and partner strategy to deepen customer footprint, align ecosystem, and coordinate go-to-market efforts
