Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics
  • Deliver positive customer experience using SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts
  • Collaborate with field sales team (Outside Account Executives, SEs, Channel Partners) to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing accounts
  • Complete onboarding milestones: Getting Started Checklist, HR sessions, Identity University courses, Challenger Sales Training, SailPoint pitch, team introductions, tool familiarity, prospecting demos (LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo), sequencing prospects, and Salesforce opportunity creation (within 1-3 months)
  • Shadow discovery calls, align top accounts, make calls in Outreach, book discovery calls, create opportunities in Salesforce, and deliver against Core KPIs (by 3-6 months)
  • Achieve funnel and pipeline targets, manage critical activities (by end of 6 months)
