Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics
  • Maximize revenue in target accounts
  • Penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts, in collaboration with field sales team (Outside Account Executives, SEs, Channel Partners)
  • Complete onboarding checklist, including courses, training, and familiarization with org chart and tools
  • Learn and demonstrate SailPoint pitch, prospecting efforts, sequencing prospects, and lead conversion in Salesforce
  • Shadow discovery calls, make calls in Outreach, book discovery calls, and create opportunities in Salesforce
  • Align and map top accounts, achieve funnel/pipeline targets, and deliver against Core KPIs via KPI Dashboard
  • Close deals with support from Account Executive
  • Participate in meetings with team, buddy, and manager; develop personal development plan
  • Use video collateral and all digital tech stack effectively
