Candidates must be fluent in English and possess the ability to understand and analyze complex user configuration requirements and implement them. Intermediate Excel skills, experience delivering software-related end-user training, previous experience working on a software application service desk, and a recognized training delivery qualification are desired.
The Digital Product Specialist will provide product support to internal colleagues and external customers, including requirements gathering, consultancy, workflow improvement, configuration, user acceptance, training, and system optimization. They will also support the Service Desk and Customer Success Management team, assist with annual upgrades, deliver training, manage internal digital product projects, document tasks in JIRA, maintain team processes on Confluence, and support the commercial team at workshops and conferences.
