Responsibilities

As the Digital Performance Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Drive strategies to maximize visibility in local search.
  • Combine digital experimentation with content strategy and creation to drive optimizations and measurable growth.
  • Make timely updates to website and local maps listings content.
  • Ensure tracking mechanics are in place to report keyword rankings, search visibility, paid campaigns performance, and website visitor behavior.
  • Plan and manage a robust performance improvement testing roadmap.
  • Utilize tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI platforms for rapid content creation and iteration.
  • Create digital content (copy, graphics, video clips, etc.) and execute across websites, maps listings, paid ads, and future digital channels.
  • Monitor dashboards and campaign performance, analyze results, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with support teams at Google, Microsoft, and Yelp to identify opportunities for paid search campaign testing and improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business priorities.
  • Manage and direct external vendors and agencies to ensure quality, speed, and consistency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a focus on local search, CRO, content strategy, and demand generation.
  • Passion for search engine visibility, including zero-click strategies and optimizing for AI agents.
  • Proven ability to create both written and visual content for digital channels.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to create measurable tests and translate data into decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in presenting insights to executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility and curiosity, with an eagerness to tackle new challenges and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Google Ads, CallRail, SEMrush, Looker, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, Jasper or similar platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience in multi-location healthcare.
