Requirements

  • Understand business goals, vision, strategy, objectives and develop a business and IT architecture strategy
  • Lead discovery of business managed applications (BMAs)
  • Capture tactical and strategic enterprise goals and identify IT needs
  • Act as bridge between Logitech’s Business Groups (BGs), Functions & IT to drive standardization, efficiency, transformation, and change management
  • Assess current technology footprint and advocate new future technology foundations aligned with IT tech roadmaps
  • Understand multi-year roadmaps and priorities of BGs, Verticals, and IT functions
  • Ensure new additions are compliant, fit for purpose, and integrated into Logitech ecosystem
  • Identify gaps between business goals and IT systems, perform technology scouting, and assist with technology/service selection
  • Proficiency with Application Portfolio Management, Application Rationalization, Biz Capability Assessment, Technology Risk Assessment, Technology ROI, Architecture Modeling
  • Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities, implement cost-reduction techniques, maximize efficiency, improve infrastructure, avoid siloed investments
  • Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems, support digital transformation, adopt emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Automation)
  • Optimize IT landscape, reduce technical debt, manage costs through system consolidation and efficiency improvements
  • Map business capabilities to IT systems, collect application portfolio data, build EA inventory, produce lifecycle roadmaps, create target state architecture
  • Define enterprise-shared data, relationships, and information data flow across application portfolio
  • Establish relations such as dependent applications and identify applications with high number of interfaces

  • Create roadmaps and frameworks guiding design, integration, and evolution of systems, processes, and data
  • Oversee and improve enterprise IT services, software, and hardware
  • Design and oversee the overall IT ecosystem to ensure seamless integration of systems, processes, and software
  • Serve as strategic bridge between business goals and IT strategy, aligning technology investments and infrastructure to Logitech's objectives
  • Bring Senior Leadership Teams’ attention to industry trends, business opportunities, cost-reduction, and action plans
  • Lead initiatives for modernization and adoption of emerging technologies
  • Find opportunities to optimize IT landscape, reduce technical debt, and manage costs
