Responsibilities

  • Set clear performance goals aligned with the client’s business and marketing objectives
  • Own the structure, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Criteo, etc.)
  • Allocate and supervise performance-related tasks for a small team (1–2 people), ensuring proper prioritization and workload balance
  • Apply advanced performance marketing skills: bid management, campaign structure, feed optimization, keyword research, ad copywriting, tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure campaigns follow best practices, are properly set up, and are routinely optimized for efficiency and KPIs
  • Create performance reports using analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio), demonstrating RoAS and actionable insights
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on digital tools and strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends and share knowledge, learnings, and ideas with the team
  • Foster a collaborative, positive work environment and support cross-functional team goals
  • Report directly to the Digital Media & Growth Manager
