Requirements

Candidates should have extensive experience in digital analytics, implementation, or technical marketing roles, expert-level skills in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including server-side tagging, ecommerce, and advanced configuration, a strong grasp of JavaScript & HTML for debugging and troubleshooting tag issues, solid SQL and BigQuery skills for working with raw analytics data, and knowledge of ad platforms and APIs, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Responsibilities

The Digital Analyst will lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) setups, including server-side tagging; translate business needs into technical tracking specifications and digital measurement strategies; build and manage advanced data layers, ecommerce tracking, cross-domain tracking, and user ID frameworks; collaborate with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to deliver clean, reliable, and actionable data; troubleshoot and optimize existing implementations using JavaScript, HTML, and browser dev tools; build and refine data models and marketing spend analysis using SQL, BigQuery, and data exported from GA or GSC; and provide actionable insights that drive ROI-positive digital marketing efforts, keeping the team ahead of the curve on the latest adtech, martech, and privacy innovations.
