Requirements

Candidates should have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps/SRE role, strong experience with one or more cloud providers (AWS preferred), solid experience in managing and troubleshooting Docker, Kubernetes clusters, working knowledge of Terraform, strong scripting skills in Shell or Python programming, familiarity with GitOps (ArgoCD / FluxCD), monitoring/observability stacks, and understanding of network security, load balancing, TCP/IP and SSL/TLS, as well as understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.

Responsibilities

The DevOps Engineer will design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, administer cloud platforms such as (AWS, Azure, or GCP)—deploying and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available systems, monitor applications and infrastructure using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, manage containerisation platforms like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, automate routine tasks and workflows using scripts (Shell or python), collaborate closely with developers and QA to streamline release cycles and ensure zero-downtime deployments, implement and maintain robust backup, disaster recovery, and security practices.
