Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
  • Commitment: Full-time internship requiring a minimum of 35 hours per week
  • Duration: 12 months, with a flexible schedule: 2–3 days per week during academic terms, 5 days per week during semester breaks

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the P&C Organizational Business Partner team
  • Assist with P&C initiatives and key projects that improve employee experience and operational effectiveness
  • Coordinate and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of team deliverables
  • Assist in the design and rollout of employee engagement strategies
  • Help analyze engagement feedback and propose actionable improvements to enhance morale and culture
  • Contribute to high-impact projects such as the GCO Global Developing Professionals Program and other talent development initiatives
  • Support data gathering and analysis to inform decision-making and measure project success
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing HR tools and platforms to support digital transformation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the execution of DEI initiatives across the organization
  • Help design and implement campaigns, workshops, or resources to promote inclusion and cultural awareness
