Responsibilities

  • Design and build documentation information architecture, creating a high-quality, comprehensive set of resources for developers
  • Launch and manage behavior-based lifecycle communications (e.g., welcome series, activation nudges, re-engagement campaigns) to guide developers through the funnel
  • Launch and grow "Ema Labs" to foster a vibrant developer community, showcase successful projects, and generate valuable case studies
  • Work with Product and Engineering to improve the first-time user experience (FTUE) with in-product checklists, contextual docs, and other guidance
  • Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure the effectiveness of developer enablement and marketing programs
