Responsibilities

The Designer will exhibits an impeccable design sense and a discerning eye, pushes the boundaries of imagery, typography, color, pattern and texture to build compelling design systems of character, understands the specific business case and agreed-upon strategy for every project, maintains an active awareness of visual trends, technological advances and cultural nuances within the design field, looks for opportunities to disrupt the visual landscape in service of great ideas, has the ability to think beyond static executions to address motion design, interaction design and experience design, works productively and harmoniously as a teammate, has a strong ability to prioritize work and manage their own time, owns the material application of design ideas across multiple executions, and sees work through completion under the direction of a Design Director or Associate Design Director, including quality assurance and proofing.
