The Brand Designer should possess 3-5 years of experience as a brand, visual, or web designer, ideally within a SaaS startup environment. They require deep experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), a refined eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency, and a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of brand, web, and digital design projects. Strategic thinking and familiarity with performance design are also beneficial.
The Brand Designer will design and evolve digital brand assets across web, landing pages, and email, translating brand strategy into compelling visual identities, collaborating with web developers for flawless implementation, creating and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines, supporting growth and performance marketing efforts with creative assets, and partnering with stakeholders across marketing, product, and executive teams to bring ideas to life. They will also provide light motion, video, or interactive storytelling support and contribute to shaping a brand from the ground up.
