Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in Design Ops, Design Management or a similar role
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (SAFE, Scrum) and integrating design into these processes
  • Experience supporting both small structures and large groups, with understanding of organizational types and digital transformation challenges
  • Solid understanding of design processes and product management, with basics in change management
  • Ability to develop strategies for implementing changes in organization, processes, and tools (e.g., squads, OKRs, production tracking tools)
  • Strong interest in the human aspect, impacting designers' daily lives and supporting their skill development
  • Proficiency in facilitating workshops with all types of stakeholders (operational, managers, top managers)
  • Ability to write and formalize impactful deliverables (1-pagers, slides)
  • Mastery of collaborative tools like Figma, Miro, Slack, JIRA, etc
  • Good level of English (able to work in English both written and oral)

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate collaboration between designers, product teams, and developers
  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize team needs in processes, tools, collaboration, and design culture
  • Organize workshops, design critiques, communities, and other rituals/taskforces to stimulate creativity and learning
  • Manage team resources, budgets, and planning
  • Supervise and optimize the design workflow from initiative framing to delivery, including discovery phase
  • Establish and maintain tools, systems, and practices to support design team efficiency
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with design standards and consistency of products, services, and experiences
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous training of product designers
  • Promote design culture within the company and act as a design ambassador externally
  • Set up and track indicators to measure design impact
