Responsibilities

The Deployment Strategist will migrate new customers from existing support systems to Pylon, leading customer migration meetings within the first week. They will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, solving problems and guiding them through process and data rebuilding in Pylon. This role requires becoming a product expert, advising customers on optimal solutions, and contributing to pre-sales calls. Responsibilities also include acting as an expert in both Pylon and competing systems like Zendesk and Intercom, managing multiple customer deployments simultaneously, and iteratively improving the migration process.
