Candidates should possess a proven track record of building and scaling early-stage B2B brands, demonstrating a passion for storytelling and a mastery of all marketing channels, including earned, owned, and paid media. They should be adept at identifying opportunities and capitalizing on them effectively.
The Demand Generation Manager will design, launch, and optimize data-driven demand generation programs across multiple channels to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth, collaborating closely with sales to align on lead quality and opportunity progression. They will track campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and continuously refine campaigns to improve funnel efficiency and ROI, as well as build and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and nurture motions to deliver personalized engagement and drive pipeline for key accounts.
