  • Expertise in leading a team to implement Adobe's digital marketing solutions
  • Expertise in fostering and developing talent to help clients optimize digital assets in commerce, content, and marketing for global clients across industry segments
  • Expertise in governing delivery excellence for complex small/large scale digital platforms, including setting quality and performance standards, managing risks and issues, handling client escalations, and mentoring the team
  • Ability to structure and manage projects and programs to meet overall objectives and client business drivers
  • Expertise in setting up new customer engagements and digital delivery models
  • Ability and expertise in handling Systems Integrator (SI) SMEs on Digital Marketing tools and technologies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, influencer marketing, content automation, campaign marketing, data-driven marketing, e-commerce marketing, social media marketing, social media optimization, and email direct marketing
  • Strong customer senior stakeholder management skills
