Delivery Leader - Analytics – Media Effectiveness Team (Americas)

Employment Type: Full-time Location Type: Remote Location Requirement: Candidates must currently be located in the greater Toronto area with the ability to attend in-person client meetings as required.


Position Overview

We are searching for a Delivery Leader for the Analytics – Media Effectiveness Team for the Americas region. In this role, you will collaborate with major FMCG companies, assisting them in making informed decisions regarding their Media investment strategies. Your insights will influence the strategic and tactical decisions for leading global brands across social, digital, and traditional media activities.


Responsibilities

Team Building

  • Lead the analytic servicing team, with a primary focus on expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement.
  • Manage a team of consultants, ensuring the quality of their work and adherence to client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team on pitching, solutioning, and accurate project scoping.
  • Oversee project staffing and hold responsibility for overall delivery and client satisfaction (CSAT) scores for the region.
  • Ensure the team is motivated and aligned to meet overall organizational goals.

Client Servicing

  • Work as part of an international project team to help FMCG clients measure, model, optimize, and consult on their Media activities.
  • Utilize NIQ tools and methodologies to answer business questions derived from market data and revenue management analysis.
  • Translate analysis results into business-focused and actionable client reports.
  • Provide timely analytic solutions and benefits to address client business issues/opportunities by developing strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee the management and execution of assigned analytic projects, including proposal preparation, approval, and delivery of reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate project execution between expert teams, liaising with clients, publishers, media agencies, and remote NIQ teams.
  • Coordinate cross-country projects.
  • Foster relationships at all levels and functions within client organizations to identify opportunities for incremental product/solution sales.
  • Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as market expectations evolve.

Business Development

  • Identify areas of business opportunity and growth for the business unit.
  • Maintain and foster relationships with senior management of clients.
  • Develop plans to support the implementation of new initiatives and new products and services.

Financial Management

  • Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery, and productivity targets, along with other assigned business development objectives.
  • Monitor actual financial performance against budget/forecast and implement appropriate actions to achieve financial targets.

About You

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of previous experience in a similar position or business area, preferably gained within the FMCG sector in brand, trade marketing, or category management.
  • High level of client service skills.
  • Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in another European language is a plus.
