Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organizational, project management, and communication abilities, and proven experience serving enterprise clients in both strategic and hands-on roles are essential. Experience with process documentation, playbooks, continuous improvement initiatives, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment are also required.
The Delivery Excellence Manager will lead and orchestrate successful implementations and long-term customer engagements to ensure customer success. This includes overseeing efficient technical deployment, providing proactive strategic guidance, and building and executing joint success plans. The role involves serving as the primary lead on new customer deployments, including hands-on guidance for SSO and connector setup, and owning the end-to-end delivery from kickoff through renewal. Responsibilities include developing and executing tailored project plans, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, providing technical guidance and strategic partnership, acting as an escalation manager, monitoring deployment progress and customer satisfaction metrics, identifying and resolving risks, and guiding improvements for onboarding processes and best practices. The manager will also contribute to continuous process and product improvements by providing feedback and participating in internal initiatives.
