The Dedicated Support Research Analyst role requires strong problem-solving skills, a passion for collaboration, and a willingness to be hands-on. Experience with SQL, R, and Python for data analysis is essential, along with the ability to write regex queries using Databricks SQL. Candidates should be comfortable working directly with customers to troubleshoot and provide technical analytics support.
The Dedicated Support Research Analyst will partner with life science customers to understand their technical analysis needs and provide enablement. This involves setting up meetings with end-users and account leaders, scoping solutions, and working with management to set timelines and manage client expectations. The analyst will develop strategies for dedicated support accounts, produce studies and results using SQL, R, and Python within deadlines, and collaborate with customers on analyses to help produce peer-reviewed publications. They will also communicate project status, ensure client success with the Truveta platform, and teach customers how to wrangle and analyze data using SQL, R, and Python to address empirical questions.
