Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS company. A strong understanding of SaaS business models, quoting practices, and subscription revenue mechanics is essential. Excellent cross-functional communication skills and a hyper-organized, detail-oriented approach are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Deal Desk Analyst will be responsible for building and scaling the deal desk function, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps to streamline quoting and support strategic deal structures.
