Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3 to 20 associates throughout the year and during sale seasons
  • Review and assign team to their duties according to the WLA
  • Monitor productivity of team and update UPH charts every hour to ensure goals are being met
  • Ensure Department SLAs are being met
  • Account for all equipment and make sure they are in working condition
  • Audit team to ensure they are following the correct procedures and meeting quality standards
  • Ensure all safety rules are strictly followed
  • Track employee-related errors and coach whenever necessary
  • Ensure backlogs are under control
  • Investigate and resolve any process discrepancies and problem-solving errors
  • Track and properly dispose of any hazardous materials
  • Foster and maintain good communication with other department leads
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
  • Track department supplies and coordinate with the Inventory Team for restocks
  • Maintain good communication with management by communicating issues that arise during the shift
  • Complete Start-of-Shift (SOS) and End-of-Shift (EOS) checklists
  • Complete EOS reports and speak to any misses within your department
  • Oversee Leads and the production, quality, and safety of Outbound and Inbound Departments
