Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong background as a data scientist, with meaningful experience partnering with business functions such as Revenue Operations, Finance, Growth, and Marketing. They should be comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by business results, demonstrating expertise in SQL and at least one scripting language, such as Python or R. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be able to transform raw data into data sets and effectively communicate data insights into compelling narratives that drive business impact, alongside strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist for Go-to-Market at Notion, you will partner with Revenue Operations and Sales leads to drive data science and analytics work, transform complex data into compelling insights for senior leadership, build and maintain KPI dashboards and self-service tools, develop models that become core to operations such as optimizing sales outreach strategies or building a sales forecasting model, and collaborate closely with Data Engineering and Business Systems teams to build customer data pipelines.
