The Data Engineer will be responsible for enhancing the data architecture and streamlining data ingestion processes. This includes writing and adapting tools for data classification, ingestion, and reconciliation, onboarding datasets, exploring data, and automating tasks. They will develop and implement systems for usage-based data tracking, design and build solutions for efficient data transport to customers, parse and analyze datasets, work with stakeholders to identify valuable insights, and partner with teams to visualize data. Additionally, the role involves finding anomalies, debugging data issues related to availability, access, integrity, privacy, and security, providing oversight of data pipelines, handling inquiries, and resolving issues. The engineer will also conduct architecture and data reviews, provide education and support to the engineering team on data architecture and design, and identify and resolve deficiencies and deviations from best practices.
