The development team is globally distributed and organized into cross-functional product teams (8-12 members each), including front-end and back-end developers, QA specialists, and analysts, led by a Team Lead and Product Owner. This role is crucial for supporting cannabis retailers who depend on fast, accurate, and flexible reporting. The Data Architect will lead the design and implementation of the data layer for these reports, manage a team of Analytics Engineers, define processes, and establish data governance standards to ensure quality and trust at scale. This position blends strategy and execution, defining the data structure and working with a team to implement it.
