Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in GTM analytics, customer targeting, segmentation, sizing, and territory structuring, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong expertise in commercial analytics, GTM strategy, targeting, segmentation, and market sizing for Pharma or Life Sciences
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA), PowerBI, Tableau, Python, SQL, and other data management and visualization platforms
  • Experience working with patient and claims data, specifically IQVIA and SHS datasets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva) and territory alignment platforms
  • Experience analyzing IQVIA sales, call activity, and Rx datasets
  • Excellent data storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate analytical findings into strategic, actionable recommendations
  • Experience in digital analytics, process automation, AI/ML, and decision science methodologies
  • Independent problem-solving and project management skills, with a solution-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute Field force sizing, GTM analytical frameworks for Pharma brands, including customer targeting, segmentation, opportunity sizing, and territory structuring
  • Advance segmentation and targeting models using real-world data and machine learning techniques to identify high-value customers and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercialization (including medical), Commercial & Medical Analytics, Data Strategy and IT teams to align on GTM deliverables and implementation roadmaps
  • Prepare, visualize, and present GTM recommendations and dashboards for senior leadership and field teams, translating analytics into actionable plans
  • Innovate and automate GTM processes, deploying digital analytics and AI/ML tools to improve recommendations and reduce time to insights
  • Manage ongoing stakeholder communications, promoting knowledge sharing, feedback integration, and best practices in GTM analytics
  • Continuously evaluate industry trends and benchmarks, recommending new approaches to GTM strategy and field effectiveness
