Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles. Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation, expertise in Tableau for dashboard development, and hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards are required. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are also essential. Python/R for data manipulation and automation is a plus, as is prior experience supporting Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering organizations.
The Data Analyst II will design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Salesforce native reporting tools. They will write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets, and partner with Customer Support, Services, and Sales Engineering leaders to translate business needs into data requirements. Responsibilities include driving data consistency and accuracy, providing deep-dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities, supporting cross-functional initiatives with automated reporting solutions, and collaborating with data engineering and BI teams.
