Requirements

Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate a record of sales excellence, experience using Salesforce, Clari, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo, and the capacity to travel as needed across Germany.

Responsibilities

The CX Channel Sales Specialist will collaborate with account executives and Zoom channel partners to uncover CX opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and drive strategic sales execution across Germany; they will promote adoption of Zoom’s CX portfolio including Contact Center (CCaaS), Virtual Agent, and Workforce Engagement solutions by aligning offerings with business needs; they will communicate Zoom’s value through innovation, operational excellence, and a focus on customer outcomes; and they will help organizations reimagine customer and agent experiences through AI-powered, personalized, and proactive interactions.
