A bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is valued. The Customs Compliance Assistant Manager will lead UK Customs operations, overseeing daily activities across all UK affiliates to ensure full compliance with HMRC and global trade regulations. This role involves managing and mentoring a team of four customs professionals, identifying and implementing improvements to streamline import/export operations, and assessing and mitigating customs and trade compliance risks.
