Requirements

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for building and refining a standardized customs collection template to gather necessary documentation from global vendors. They will manage inbound shipment workflows by engaging with vendor agents for documentation collection and verification, and serve as the liaison to 3PL warehouses and customs brokers, ensuring timely submission of complete documentation packages. This role also involves maintaining real-time tracking of inbound shipments, proactively flagging delays or discrepancies, escalating issues, and investigating/resolving customs clearance or compliance issues in collaboration with vendors and brokers.
