Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented Customer Support Specialist (Mail) (m/f/d) to join our team. As a digital energy provider with a start-up mentality, we are building a high-performing, diverse, and international team. Responsibilities

  • Provide written customer support via email, responding to inquiries quickly, friendly, and with a focus on solutions.
  • Ensure smooth operational processes, such as customer changes or inquiries regarding invoices and tariffs.
  • Find pragmatic and sustainable solutions for complex cases with tact and efficiency.
  • Develop an understanding of energy industry topics (e.g., market communication, EDIFACT), even without prior experience.
  • Work independently, contribute ideas for process improvements, and help enhance our service quality.

Requirements

  • Enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and explaining complex topics simply and understandably.
  • Possess initial customer service experience, ideally in written communication (e.g., email support, ticketing systems).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and structured approach, even during busy periods.
  • Enjoy teamwork and contributing to a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills (minimum B2).

Nice to Have

  • Previous exposure to the energy industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with Excel, databases, or tools like Tableau is advantageous.
