The Customer Support Specialist will provide phone, email, and text-based support to Roadie customers and users, addressing concerns politely and effectively. Responsibilities include monitoring deliveries, taking corrective action when needed, managing non-standard delivery situations with professionalism, and accurately logging interactions using Salesforce and internal tools. Collaboration with other Roadie departments is also key to ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
