Position Overview

This role is part of our Customer Experience and Technical Support team, serving as a partner to our Business-to-Business (B2B) customers and Sales team. You will assist partners by providing product information, processing orders, and problem-solving with a sense of urgency to ensure an excellent customer experience. In this hybrid role, you will have direct, day-to-day interaction with our B2B customers and Sales partners, handling calls and emails to enter and process orders, provide product information, and respond to inquiries about orders.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma; Some college preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of Customer Care or Customer Service experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Microsoft Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing, daily support to external and internal customers across all Chamberlain Group product lines.
  • Utilize Salesforce solutions to initiate and process customer cases, and create and maintain reports.
  • Enter and manage orders in SAP.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Offer ongoing support to Inside and Outside Sales teams.
  • Follow up with customers regarding the status of their open orders and relay shipping information.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance and adhere to assigned shifts/schedules, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines and rules.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by maintaining confidentiality of information.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay Range: $19.23 - $28.00 per hour. Base pay offered may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
  • Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution are offered (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
  • Incentive Plan: This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan, subject to the terms of applicable plans and policies.
