The Customer Care Representative Associate II will provide daily support to both external and internal customers across all Chamberlain Group product lines. Responsibilities include initiating and processing customer cases using Salesforce, creating and maintaining reports, and managing orders within SAP. The role involves providing product information, pricing, and availability details, supporting Sales teams, and following up with customers on order status and shipping information.
