The Customer Support Representative will acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of Procore's business model and system to optimize customer use. They will manage and address a stream of customer inquiries via telephone, web, chat, and email, delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Responsibilities include escalating client cases and solving complex customer problems through collaboration with other teams, diligently managing administrative aspects of the job, and conveying Procore's culture and values to clients. The role requires adherence to assigned schedules to ensure adequate customer coverage.
