Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines. They must also be able to handle high-stress interactions and situations with empathy, and demonstrate an ability to work and influence both internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, a solid understanding of CDK CRM and Digital Retail Products and Solutions is required.
The Customer Success Specialist will develop productive working relationships with the CSM team, partnering to deliver best-in-class customer service to low-touch clients, and collaborate with client CSMs to grow CDK product adoption. They will provide customers with guidance, assisting them to achieve basic industry standards, complete client training and consultation, escalate blockers to Customer Care, utilize training resources, participate in webinars, and ensure consistent documentation of dealer engagements. Additionally, the specialist will seek and listen to feedback, demonstrate a positive outlook, and gain in-depth knowledge of CDK products to conduct productive client meetings.
