Prior experience as a Salon Manager, Spa Director, or similar role is considered a plus. Technical aptitude is required to learn Boulevard's technology platform.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide and support customers through proficiency and adoption of Boulevard’s products, monitor customer health and critical metrics, take corrective action when necessary, ensure customers receive value through business reviews and account planning, build and maintain relationships for customer satisfaction, advocate for customers and surface feedback, and proactively identify opportunities to boost adoption and help customers grow.
