Responsibilities

  • Field support calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues locally as much as possible, porting tickets to appropriate teams when needed, and retaining position as the customer’s point person through resolution
  • Work hand in hand with account management, speaking with and visiting users to provide training, customizations, and product consultations
  • Assist sales in product pitches and demos, and run trial training calls, overcoming common objections and communicating the value proposition
  • Identify content that customers are likely to care about and package it for distribution by sales and account management in the form of timely searches/trends for demos or email distribution
  • Field customer feedback, identify product opportunities, and relay that information across the organization (account management, account executives, product, management)
