Candidates must have at least two years of customer service experience and be bilingual in English and Spanish. The role requires the ability to work 15-20 hours per week during PST hours. Ideal candidates possess meticulous organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in healthcare customer service, hitting weekly/monthly goals, enrolling patients into digital health programs, scheduling appointments, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
The Customer Success Specialist will guide families through the onboarding process, provide product support via phone and email, address and escalate questions or concerns from dyads, and relay dyad feedback to relevant teams for strategic improvements. They will create informational materials, clearly communicate company information, assist with platform enrollment by explaining the sign-up process, scheduling visits, and accurately documenting information in the Electronic Medical Record. The specialist will build rapport and trust with dyads, follow scripts while connecting authentically, and remain accountable for monthly enrollment targets.
