The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support to members via phone, chat, and email, educating them on their healthcare benefits and guiding them to the best available care. This role involves handling complex and sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy, de-escalating member issues, and collaborating with other departments to resolve cross-departmental problems. Responsibilities also include escalating member feedback to internal teams, staying updated on procedures, and ensuring member privacy and compliance with HIPAA and data security protocols.
