They will collaborate with the Customer Support & Operations Department to facilitate smooth and safe rides, build trust through proactive problem-solving, and communicate effectively via phone and email. Responsibilities include troubleshooting app and website issues, identifying trends to suggest service improvements, providing ride and account assistance consistent with company policy, and completing projects as directed by leadership.
