About the Role

Stacks is seeking a highly ambitious, entrepreneurial, and commercially driven individual to join our team as one of the first Customer Success hires. This high-impact role involves close collaboration with our founder to develop and execute our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. What You'll Do

  • Drive Customer Delight: Take full ownership of the Customer Success cycle, from sales support and implementation to renewals, focusing on mid-market and enterprise tech businesses (300-5,000 employees). This includes regular engagement with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
  • Consultative Support: Deeply understand client needs, provide insightful guidance, and build lasting relationships through a consultative approach.
  • Drive Net Retention: Own renewals and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) expansion for your customer portfolio.
  • Product Mastery: Become an expert on our product, mastering its details for effective implementation and confident handling of all client inquiries. Contribute significantly to our product roadmap.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable insights, ensuring product-market alignment.
  • Network Expansion: Build and nurture relationships with CFOs and finance leaders, representing Stacks at industry events across Europe to expand our reach and strengthen our network.
  • Strategic Impact: As an early Customer Success hire, you will manage high-impact, strategic customers or contribute to global expansion by building future CS teams. Growth at Stacks is merit-based with no limits.

What You Need

  • 3-7 Years of SaaS Customer Success Experience: Proven track record in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role, with expertise in prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Product Intuition: Ability to quickly grasp complex products, understand our offering in depth, and present it confidently.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Motivated by ambitious goals, resilient, and prepared to put in the hard work to build something from the ground up. Thrives in high-stakes environments, aiming for the highest levels of success.
  • Proven Record of Excellence: Demonstrated history of outstanding performance in previous roles, academics, sports, or other pursuits, showcasing commitment, grit, and delivery of results.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and resilience in a fast-evolving startup environment.
