Candidates should have 3-7 years of SaaS Customer Success experience, including a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role with expertise in prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals with mid-market and enterprise clients. A strong product intuition, entrepreneurial drive, proven record of excellence, and adaptability are essential. Familiarity with finance teams and the monthly close process is a plus.
The Customer Success Manager will drive customer delight by managing the entire CS cycle from sales support to implementation and renewals for mid-market and enterprise tech businesses. They will engage with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders, provide consultative support, own renewals and NRR expansion, and become an expert on the product to handle client inquiries and contribute to the product roadmap. Additionally, they will collaborate with product and engineering teams, build relationships with CFOs and finance leaders, represent the company at industry events, and contribute to global expansion efforts.
