Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, and possess at least 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consultative role within the SaaS, analytics, or business intelligence industry. Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud-based analytics platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, and BigQuery, are required, along with experience implementing production business intelligence solutions and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will be responsible for strategic account management, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging analytics expertise to guide customers in optimizing their use of the Sigma Computing platform, driving NDR growth through upselling, cross-selling, and churn reduction, serving as a customer advocate by bridging the gap between customers and the product team, collaborating with customers to develop success plans, and designing and delivering educational initiatives such as training sessions and webinars to increase product knowledge and engagement.
