Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a large book of business in a Customer Success role within a SaaS or tech environment, servicing customers at scale through strategic calls and engagement. Fluency in French, both verbally and written, is required, along with strong communication skills via email, phone, or video call. Experience proactively guiding customers through their lifecycle via email, webinars, and customized sessions, making prescriptive recommendations and ensuring high adoption rates is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will guide Teams and Business customers through established best practices, understanding their structure and needs while working through their 1Password lifecycle, collaborating with Onboarding and Account management teams. They will act as the customer champion and advocate, focusing on customer retention and driving adoption goals through proactive and reactive engagement. This role involves supporting customers within their book of business through the annual renewal process, engaging in advocacy initiatives such as customer panels and case studies, and contributing to the overall success of the Customer Success team.
