Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate effectively with sophisticated customers operating within those industries is essential, alongside a passion for building strong customer relationships and a willingness to support customer success and sales operations.
The Customer Success Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, particularly those in the legal and cybersecurity industries, and assisting with customer trials and monitoring customer communication channels such as Slack, Telegram, and Discord. They will also contribute to customer success and sales operations as needed, ensuring seamless integrations and continuous protection for Doppel’s clients.
