Requirements

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, particularly SDR/BDR and account executive roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer usage data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Maximize customer value and the impact of Nooks solutions.
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless Nooks integration.
  • Develop and maintain multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins to share Nooks outcomes and address challenges.
  • Analyze customer usage metrics to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
  • Support the customer journey with thought-leadership content.
  • Run the renewal process, focusing on maximizing customer value.
