The Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of approximately 40 mid-market and enterprise accounts, ensuring they maximize the impact and value of Nooks. They will onboard new customers, develop and maintain multi-threaded relationships, conduct regular check-ins, and analyze customer usage metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
