Requirements

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager III will manage a portfolio of commercial union clients, delivering timely and value-driven engagements to support retention and growth. They will systematize success by logging interactions, tracking deliverables, and ensuring client onboarding and adoption of Wrapbook’s platform. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve customer issues, proactively monitoring client health, executing communication obligations, and contributing to team-wide process improvements. Additionally, the Customer Success Manager III will model best-in-class engagement, mentor others, and influence the evolution of the client experience.
