Responsibilities

  • Identify and flag risks that will lead to customer churn
  • Engage appropriate internal stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly while managing customer communications
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews
  • Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Provide a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinate with internal teams
  • Serve as the face and voice of Deel for clients, both internally and externally
  • Build genuine and durable customer relationships while converting them into opportunities for long-term revenue growth
  • Provide strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues as a trusted advisor
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate business expansion
