Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, demonstrating a proven ability to build and manage relationships, both internally and externally, preferably within a SaaS environment. They should be comfortable with de-escalation management and navigating challenging conversations with a solutions-oriented mindset, and possess strong follow-through and self-management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Furthermore, the candidate must be located in the Pacific timezone.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will focus on delivering value and an exceptional experience to Flock Safety’s largest and most strategic customers, proactively and strategically engaging in revenue growth efforts, ensuring early product understanding and customer adoption through training and best practices, and building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within each department. This role involves creating raving promoters, driving growth in surrounding markets through referrals, acting as an internal customer champion by communicating feedback to various Flock teams, and translating software functionality into easily understandable terms for customers. Additionally, the role requires travel to customer locations in the northeast a few times per quarter.
