Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, preferably within the eCommerce, software/technology, SaaS, or shipping industries. Strong knowledge of retention strategies, customer relationship management, and shipping logistics is essential, as is the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and monetization.
As the Area Manager, Customer Success, you will be responsible for implementing customer success initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and monetization, and ensuring that customers' business goals are met through the effective use of Auctane products. You will lead a field-based Customer Success team, recruit and onboard team members, foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence, and ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality customer interactions to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and account retention. Additionally, you will be expected to travel up to 40% of the time, primarily within California, Colorado, or Utah, and participate in annual events such as the International President's Club Trip and the Global Revenue Kick Off Week.
