Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success at a SaaS company, 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce and Zendesk, and 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably with experience managing a large commercial customer portfolio (60-75) and driving renewal and expansion opportunities. Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate complex technical information, are also required.
The Customer Success Manager will provide coaching and guidance to customers, manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities, cultivate strong customer relationships, conduct executive business reviews to drive value realization, collaborate with technical and sales teams, prioritize and manage customer inquiries and tickets, and deliver against quarterly OKRs and KPI targets while ensuring customer success and strong relationships.
